Earn cashback every year

We give you an extra incentive to be healthy: cashback. By taking some simple steps to look after your health, you could earn £50, £75 or £100 cashback every year. The more you do to look after your health, the more cashback you could earn.

If two people are covered on your plan, we give you one status. We use your shared status to work out the amount of cashback you're due, and then we double it because there's two of you.

It works like this:

Bronze	Silver	Gold	Platinum
If one person is covered
No cashback	£50	£75	£100
If two people are covered
No cashback	£100	£150	£200

Plus, if you are also a VitalityHealth member, the amount of cashback each person covered receives will be doubled as follows:

Single Life Plan	Person covered is a member of a VitalityHealth plan	£0	£100	£150	£200
Joint Life Plan	Only one of the persons covered is a member of a VitalityHealth plan	£0	£150	£225	£300
Joint Life Plan	Both persons covered are members of a Vitality+ plan	£0	£200	£300	£400

This will only apply if you have been a VitalityHealth member for the six month period immediately prior to your plan anniversary.

A fee for rewards and cashback
